B'fast: Coffee

Snack: packet of low-carb crisps/potato chips

Lunch: Salad leaves with goats cheese and a sprinkling of cranberries

Dinner: Crabbe's Basil'ed Beef with caramelized onions, mushrooms and 2 low-carb wraps

Total carbs for today about 42 


Reasonably good day today. Busy with work which keeps me out of trouble. Have been bloated for the last couple of days through traveling for hours in the car and eating out for a few days over Thanksgiving. 

Today I am back to normal so the scales are being good to me. 

I have finally chosen a publishing company for my cook book. I will let you know when it is ready for distribution. It will be full of my recipes and each meal will have an approximate carb count. 

I am glad I have finally made the decision and feel quite relieved....I think!

Didn't go to the gym today but I am having a good week because I haven't had many snacks this week either.
